The CI Precision Solution

CI Precision’s Ci-DMS is a Manufacturing Execution System used to manage and monitor production processes in manufacturing facilities. The software provides real-time visibility on production operations, equipment status and inventory levels as well as tracks and analyses production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality.

Completely flexible, user configurable and scalable, the Ci-DMS MES is designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry with a low cost of set-up and can integrate seamlessly with any software or hardware interface.

In this Ci-DMS MES project:

• Ci-DMS was retained in 4 dispensing booths in the central dispensary
• CI Precision delivered the data migration and designed, built and validated the interface
• The project involved personnel from IT, validation and global headquarters
• The system was implemented on budget and within the required timeframe
• The ROI was achieved within a year
• The system has since been expanded to 11 dispensing booths
