The CI Precision Solution

CI Precision’s Ci-DMS is a Manufacturing Execution System used to manage and monitor production processes in manufacturing facilities. The software provides real-time visibility on production operations, equipment status and inventory levels as well as tracks and analyses production data to improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance product quality.

Completely flexible, user configurable and scalable, the Ci-DMS MES is designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry with a low cost of set-up and can integrate seamlessly with any software or hardware interface.

In this Ci-DMS MES project:

• Ci-DMS was implemented across 2 dispensing booths, 2 addition stations and 2 Supervisory Terminals
• CI Precision supplied manufacturing process design, validation consultancy and user training
• The project involved personnel from Production, Quality, Validation, IT and Engineering and senior management due to the new facility
• CI Precision worked alongside the ERP integrator to successfully interface Ci-DMS with SAP
• The system was implemented on budget, according to the customer’s project schedule and has been in operation and fully supported for over 7 years
• The ROI was achieved according to expectations
